摘要
在专业课教学中,传统的教学模式导致教师难教、学生不学等问题的出现,传统教学方法已很难让学生接受。教学过程中常存在教学内容重复、脱节,学生学习兴趣不高、教学质量低等问题。较大比重的技工院校培养的技能型人才不被企业认可,与企业需求经常脱节,毕业生社会地位低、工资待遇低的状况没有根本改变。毕业生入职以后缺乏岗位操作经验,岗位技能水平不高,进入企业后只能从事低附加值的工作。如何解决这些问题,为此我院在原有学生技师培养基础上开办了学制式技师班,为进一步创新企业技能人才培养方式,加快企业技能人才培养,我院推进以"招工即招生、入企即入校、企校双师联合培养"为主要内容的企业新型学徒制试点工作。
In the teaching of specialized courses,the traditional teaching mode leads to difficult teaching for teachers and students,so it is difficult for students to accept the traditional teaching methods.In the process of teaching,there are many problems,such as repetition of teaching content,disconnection,low interest in learning and low teaching quality.A large proportion of skilled personnel trained in technical colleges and universities are not recognized by enterprises.After graduates enter the profession,they tend to expose their low professional level,but they lack the spirit of cooperation with others and unity and cooperation.The phenomenon of poor psychological bearing ability and lack of hardworking spirit can only engage in low added value work after entering the enterprise.How to solve these problems,in order to solve the original study in our college In order to further innovate the training methods of enterprise skilled personnel and speed up the training of enterprise skilled personnel,our college has promoted the recruitment of students and the admission of students to the university.The pilot work of the new apprenticeship systemfor enterprises.
