紧随时代发展和游艇行业人才需求,紧扣人才培养定位和培养目标,结合专业、行业发展和人才需求现状,加强校企合作,充分利用学校和企业资源增加《游艇复合材料》工程训练和实操技能训练,开展第二课堂活动,积极参与校内外行业专业竞赛,树立学生"学以致用"的学习理念,全面提高学生的主动学习意识、创新能力、工程实践能力、组织管理能力、综合协同能力、表达沟通能力和社会活动能力等,为游艇行业培养更多的具有成长力的一线工程师和管理者。

With the development of society and yacht industry,the demand for yacht professionals is growing rapidly.Based on cultivation orientation and training objectives of professionals,some treasures such as strengthening the university-enterprise cooperation to make full use of the resources in the universities and enterprises,actively carrying out the second classroom activities and participating in professional competitions inside and outside the universities etc.were taken to improve engineering skills in the course of"yacht composite materials".Thus we can comprehensively improve the students'abilities of self-learning and innovation,engineering practice,organization and management,comprehensive coordination,expression and communication,social activity and so on.More and more outstanding and promising first-line engineers and managers to satisfying the demands of yachting industry will be cultivated.
