酒店餐饮管理技能教学探究

摘要 随着我国酒店餐饮业的大发展,我国对于酒店餐饮管理专业技能的要求也越来越严格,实践性管理人才越发受到重视。如何培养学生的酒店餐饮管理技能是值得探究的问题,也是酒店餐饮管理技能教学改革的重点。本文探究了当下酒店餐饮管理技能教学的现状,对其存在的问题进行了分析,并针对问题从教学内容、教师队伍建设、教学资源等方面提出了改革建议,以期提升高校酒店餐饮管理技能教学水平,为酒店餐饮管理行业输送更多优秀的人才。 With the development of the hotel and catering industry in our country,the requirements for the professional skills of the hotel catering management are becoming more and more strict,and the practical management talents have been paid more and more attention.How to develop students'management skills in hotel and catering is worth exploring.It is also the focus of teaching reform in hotel catering management skills.In this paper,the present situation of hotel catering management skill teaching is explored,and the existing problems are analyzed,and the reform suggestions are put forward from the aspects of teaching content,teacher team construction and teaching resources,in order to improve the teaching level of catering management skills in the colleges and deliver more excellent talents to the hotel catering management industry.
