高等院校法学实验室建设研究

Research on the Construction of Law Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

目前,高等院校法学教育普遍存在重理论、轻实践的问题,现有实践教学处于法学教育的辅助地位,且无法发挥应有作用,难以满足社会法学实践人才需求。因此,应借鉴自然科学实验室的优势,结合法学专业特点,建立法学实验室,对创新实践教学方法、提高学生专业实践能力具有重要意义。法学实验室应以丰富的教学资源为支撑,形成完善的规范体系,甄选可具操作性的实验内容,建立独立的考核评价体系,从而实现理论与实践相统一的法学教学体系。

At present,the legal education in colleges and universities generally exists the problem of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice.The practice teaching is in the auxiliary position in legal education,and can not play its due role.it is difficult to meet the needs of practical law talents of social.It is important to establish a law laboratory with reference to the advantages of natural science laboratory and its own characteristics.It is of great significance to innovate practical teaching methods and improve students'professional practice ability.The legal laboratory should be based on abundant teaching resources,form a perfect standard system,select operable experimental content,and establish an independent assessment system,so as to achieve the unity of theory and practice of law teaching system.
