现代学徒制模式下校企联合招生招工机制研究

Research on school-enterprise joint recruitment mechanism under modern apprenticeship model

本文结合实际情况首先分析了现代学徒制招生招工模式,然后论述了该项模式在具体应用过程中存在的问题,最后提出了构建适合现代学徒制特点的校企合作的招生招工模式,希望通过本次研究对同行有所帮助。

This paper first analyses the recruitment model of modern apprenticeship combined with the actual situation,then discusses the problems existing in the application process of the model,and finally puts forward the construction of a school-enterprise cooperation recruitment model suitable for the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,hoping to help peers through this study.
