高校图书馆作为人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新的平台与承载之所,应发挥自身职能与优势,顺应时代发展需求,通过特色馆藏资源建设,不断完善高校图书馆资源体系,努力在支撑国家创新驱动发展、服务经济社会、弘扬中华优秀传统文化、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、促进高等教育内涵发展等方面,发挥其应有的作用。

As the platform of talent cultivation,scientific research,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,university libraries should play their own functions and advantages,conform to the needs of the development of the times,constantly improve the resource system of university libraries through the construction of characteristic collection resources,and strive to support national innovation-driven development,serve the economy and society,and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese literature.It should play its due role in cultivating and practicing socialist core values and promoting connotation development of higher education.
