经管类农业院校开放实验室管理与创新人才培养探究

创新是新时期建设现代化经济体系的重要战略支撑,是引领社会发展的第一动力。新时期高校实验室的开放对创新型人才的培养有着非常重要的意义,开放实验室起到了至关重要的作用。实验室的开放管理在创新人才培养过程中有着极其重要的作用。以学生为主体,教师做引导,全方位培养,多层次交流为管理理念,以导师负责制为主体管理模式,以创新能力培养为中心管理制度,使得开放型实验室的建设取得了很好的实践效果,对学生综合素质的提升具有重要的推动作用。本文提出了加强实验室开放力度和提升实验室创新能力的办法,以期为社会培养出更多的创新型人才。

Innovation is an important strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system in the new era and the first driving force for social development.The opening of laboratories in colleges and universities in the new era is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents,and the opening of laboratories plays a vital role.The open management of laboratories plays an extremely important role in the process of training innovative talents.With students as the main body,teachers as the guide,all-round training,multi-level communication as the management concept,teacher responsibility as the main management mode,and innovation ability as the central management system,the construction of open laboratory has achieved good practical results,and has an important role in promoting students’comprehensive quality.This paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the opening of laboratories and enhance the innovative ability of laboratories in order to cultivate more innovative talents for the society.
