This paper studies and analyses the abilities and qualities that enterprise leaders should possess,provides some measures such as emphasizing the personal accumulation of enterprise leadership ability,systematically training enterprise leadership ability,doing well the training of enterprise leadership ability,and establishing the evaluation and assessment system of enterprise leadership ability,etc.,which makes a way for the improvement of enterprise leadership ability.
