结合个人从事企业社会保险管理工作的实践经验及相关参考文献,就当前社会保险管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点解决对策,以期进一步完善企业社会保险管理制度,使其更好地服务于企业员工。

Based on personal experience in social insurance management and related references,this paper analyses the existing problems in social insurance management,and puts forward some countermeasures,with a view to further improving the social insurance management system of enterprises and making it better serve the employees of enterprises.
