With the continuous development of China’s economy,the market competition of enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Financial management is very important to enterprises;it can promote the healthy development of enterprises.When financial risks arise and are not handled in time,it will seriously affect the development of enterprises,and even lead to bankruptcy of enterprises.The most important component of enterprise core competence is enterprise financial core competence.In the fiercely competitive market,improving enterprise financial core competence can lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper mainly introduces the contents related to financial management and enterprise financial core competence,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to better enhance the control ability of financial risk and enterprise financial core competence,so as to ensure the safety of enterprise funds.
