摘要
黑龙江省食品安全监管未来的工作重点是在全面落实现有法律法规的基础上突出农畜水产品的源头监管。目前,黑龙江食品安全监管体系基本完备,重点领域重点监管,并大力推广食品来源可追溯制度,食品信息能及时公开,以建立应急管理机制,但也存在监管不到位等问题:第一,蔬菜水果自由市场和批发市场的货源处于不固定状态,无法监控,也缺少监控。第二,农畜水产品直接进入早市,得不到监控。第三,城市、市郊、乡间未将生猪、生牛集中屠宰的场点纳入到监管范围内,无法监控。
The future work of food safety supervision in Heilongjiang province will focus on highlighting the source supervision of agricultural,livestock and aquatic products on the basis of fully implementing existing laws and regulations.At present,Heilongjiang food safety supervision system is basically complete,key areas of supervision,and vigorously promote the traceability system of food sources.Food information can be released in time to establish emergency management mechanism,but there are also some problems such as inadequate supervision.First,the supply of free market and wholesale market of vegetables and fruits is in an unstable state,unable to monitor,and lack of monitoring.Secondly,agricultural,livestock and aquatic products enter the early market directly without being monitored.Thirdly,in cities,suburbs and countryside,pig and cattle intensive slaughtering sites are not included in the scope of supervision and can not be monitored.
