Types and Differences of Entrepreneurial Organizations of Migrant Members

进城摊贩、个体工商户、私营企业主等构成了进城创业群体,并丰富了城镇个体经济。受市场机制的作用,三个子群体在所有权、经营权和收益权等方面具有较高的同质性。但是,由于经济组织规模的不同,三个子群体在创业投入、经营理念和实践效应方面有着显著的不同,并构成了群体中的组间差异。跨越群体中的组间差异也意味着实现向上社会流动,如从摊贩向个体户转变,抑或向下社会流动,如从私营企业主向摊贩转变。与经济实践中的"双创"以及城镇化情境相联系,当前应采取经营能力提升与风险认知强化等多种措施促进进城创业群体进行升阶活动,实现向上社会流动。

Migrant entrepreneurship is consist of street vendors, self-employed sellers, and private corporation owners, moving from rural areas and making a living in urban. The real economy they operate shapes and develops individual economy. In the market economy, the effect of market mechanism makes migrant entrepreneurship groups parallel in proprietary rights, management rights, and usufruct, while diversified organizational sizes make them differ in investment, operation philosophy, and profits. Difference elimination among the groups of migrant entrepreneurship signifies the elevation from the self-employed sellers to private corporation owners or the delegation from private corporation owners to street vendors. Considering mass entrepreneurship and innovation in economic practice, and urbanization, the government is supposed to adopt a variety of measures to promote the elevation of the migrant entrepreneurship groups, such as enhancing business ability and risk cognition.
