奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年阿尔茨海默病的临床效果及对患者认知功能的影响

Clinical effect of olanzapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of elderly patients with Alzheimer disease and its influence on cognitive function

目的奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法将我院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的50例老年AD患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予多奈哌齐治疗,观察组给予多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、认知功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.00%,显著高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ASAS-Cog和MMSE评分均明显改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗AD的效果显著,可明显改善患者认知功能,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of elderly patients with Alzheimer disease(AD) and its influence on cognitive function. Methods Fifty elderly patients with AD admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil, while the observation group was treated with donepezil and olanzapine. The clinical efficacy, cognitive function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.00%, which was significantly higher than 64.00% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of ASAS-Cog and MMSE in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with donepezil has a significant effect in the treatment of AD, it can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients, and with high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
