炎琥宁联合布地奈德治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及其对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yanhuning combined with budesonide on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on immune function

目的研究炎琥宁联合布地奈德治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MMP)的效果及其对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年8月我院收治的MMP患儿96例,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。对照组单纯给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组在此基础上加用炎琥宁注射液治疗,两组患者均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、复发情况、治疗前、后血清炎性因子及免疫球蛋白水平。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的IL-2水平明显高于治疗前,IL-4、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平明显低于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿IgA、Ig G、IgM水平明显优于治疗前,且均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前、后的IgA水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究组病情复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合布地奈德治疗小儿MMP的效果显著,能有效改善机体炎症状态,提高患儿免疫功能,预后良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of Yanhuning combined with budesonide on mycoplasma pneumonia(MMP)in children and its influence on immune function. Methods Ninety-six children with MMP admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation alone. On this basis, the study group was treated with Yanhuning injection. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The clinical efficacy, recurrence, the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-4, TNF-α and IFN-γ were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment, the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the study group were significantly better than those before treatment,and were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in levels of IgA before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning combined with budesonide in the treatment of MMP in children has remarkable effect. It can effectively improve the body’s inflammatory state, improve the immune function of children, with good prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
