蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpangina in children

目的观察蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的50例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组(n=25,二丁颗粒联合利巴韦林喷雾剂及对症治疗)和治疗组(n=25,蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂及对症治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组发热、咽痛及疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患儿均无不良反应发生。结论蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床效果显著,其可缩短患儿症状消失时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpangina in children. Methods Fifty children with herpangina were randomly divided into control group(n=25, Erding granules combined with ribavirin spray and symptomatic treatment) and treatment group(n =25, Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray and symptomatic treatment). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever, sore throat and herpes in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). During the treatment period, there were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of herpangina in children,which can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in children, with higher safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
