摘要
目的分析RhC抗原在输血后24 h对受血者免疫功能的影响。方法选择在本院接受输血治疗的RhC抗原同型患者34例为观察组,选择同期输血治疗的RhC不同型患者35例为对照组。比较两组患者输血前、后T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2、IL-4、Ig G、IgA水平及输血后不良反应发生情况。结果输血后24 h,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平及CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组,但两组均显著低于输血前(P<0.05)。输血后24 h,两组血清IL-2水平及IL-4水平均显著低于输血前(P<0.05);输血后24 h,观察组血清IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。输血后24 h,两组血清IgG、IgA水平均显著低于输血前(P<0.05);输血后24 h,观察组血清IgG、IgA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 RhC抗原与输血后24 h受血者免疫功能之间存在一定的关联,尽量选择同型RhC输血有助于调节免疫功能及减轻炎症反应。
Objective To analyze the effect of RhC antigen on immune function of recipients at twenty-four hours after transfusion. Methods Thirty-four cases which received RhC antigen homology blood transfusion in our hospital were selected as observation group, and thirty-five cases which received different RhC antigen homology blood transfusion in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets, IL-2, IL-4, IgG and IgA before and after transfusion and the occurrence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results Twenty-four hours after transfusion, the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but those in both groups were significantly lower than before transfusion(P <0.05). Twenty-four hours after transfusion, the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-4 in both groups were significantly lower than those before transfusion(P<0.05). Twenty-four hours after blood transfusion, the level of serum IL-2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of IL-4 was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Twenty-four hours after transfusion, the serum IgG and IgA levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before transfusion(P <0.05). Twenty-four hours after blood transfusion, the levels of IgG and IgA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the RhC antigen and the immune function of the recipients at twenty-four hours after transfusion. Choosing the same RhC blood transfusion as far as possible can help to regulate immune function and alleviate inflammation reactions.
