沙参麦冬汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽肺阴亏虚证的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of chronic cough of lung Yin deficiency syndrome in children

目的分析沙参麦冬汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽肺阴亏虚证的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月至2017年11月我院收治的肺阴亏虚型慢性咳嗽患儿78例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予消炎、化痰止咳、平喘等针对性的西药治疗,研究组患儿在西药治疗的基础上加用沙参麦冬汤。比较两组的中医症候疗效、治疗前、后的咳嗽评分、症状缓解和消失时间及复发率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的咳嗽评分均显著低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗前、后咳嗽评分的差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的症状缓解和消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,研究组患儿的复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙参麦冬汤联合西药治疗小儿慢性咳嗽肺阴亏虚证的临床效果显著,可改善患儿的咳嗽症状,与单独西药治疗比较,其能快速缓解患儿的临床症状,缩短症状消失时间,且复发率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shashen Maidong decoction in treating chronic cough of lung Yin deficiency syndrome in children. Methods A total of 78 children with chronic cough lung Yin deficiency syndrome admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given anti-inflammatory, phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving, asthma-relieving and other targeted western medicine treatment, and the study group was given Shashen Maidong decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. The curative effects of TCM symptoms, cough scores before and after treatment, time of remission and disappearance of symptoms and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.31%, which was higher than74.36% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the cough scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The difference of cough score before and after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of remission and disappearance of symptoms in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Following up for 6 months, the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Shashen Maidong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with chronic cough of lung Yin deficiency has a significant clinical effect, which can improve the symptoms of cough in children. Compared with western medicine alone, the Shashen Maidong decoction combined with western medicinecan can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, shorten the disappearance time of symptoms, with low recurrence rate and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
