生脉散合真武汤加味治疗阴阳两虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Shengmai powder combined with Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure of Yin-Yang deficiency type

目的分析生脉散合真武汤加味治疗阴阳两虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将本院收治的阴阳两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者92例,根据随机信封法将其分为对照组(46例,常规治疗)与治疗组(46例,常规治疗+生脉散合真武汤加味治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者LVEF、SV、FS均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医症状评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用生脉散合真武汤加味治疗阴阳两虚型慢性心力衰竭的结果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of medified Shengmai powder combined with Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure of Yin-Yang deficiency type. Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic heart failure of Yin-Yang deficiency type admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(46 cases, routine treatment) and treatment group(46 cases, routine treatment+modified Shengmai powder combined with Zhenwu decoction treatment) according to random envelope method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of LVEF, SV and FS in the two groups increased, and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of modified Shengmai powder combined with Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure of Yin-Yang deficiency type has a remarkable effect.
