枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗胸阳不振、气机阻滞型胸痹的效果

Effect of modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on chest impediment of chest Yang insufficiency and Qi-blocking type

目的分析枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗胸阳不振、气机阻滞型胸痹的效果。方法将我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的胸痹患者86例随机分为西药组(43例,常规西药治疗)和综合组(43例,常规西药治疗+枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组胸痛、胸闷、心悸气短、疲乏、畏寒及腰膝酸软评分均降低,且综合组低于西药组(P<0.05)。综合组的治疗总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论胸阳不振、气机阻滞型胸痹患者治疗中应用枳实薤白桂枝汤加减可改善患者症状与治疗效果,且不会明显增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on chest Yang insufficiency and Qi-blocking type. Methods A total of 86 patients with chest impediment treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June2018 were randomly divided into western medicine group(43 cases, routine western medicine treatment) and comprehensive group(43 cases, routine western medicine treatment +modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of chest pain, chest tightness,palpitation and shortness of breath, fatigue, chills and soreness and weakness of waist and knees reduced, and those in the comprehensive group were lower than the western medicine group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of chest Yang insufficiency and Qi-blocking type patients can improve the symptoms and treatment effect, and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions.
