全面二孩政策第一年陕西省咸阳市妇产医院新生儿先天畸形情况分析

Analysis of neonatal congenital malformation in Xianyang Obstetrics and Grynecology Hospital of Shaanxi Province in the first year of comprehensive two-child policy

目的分析全面二孩政策第一年新生儿先天畸形资料,掌握本地区出生缺陷的发生动态和规律,为早期干预、减少先天畸形发生提供依据。方法分析新生儿出生后肉眼可见先天畸形资料。结果 2016年共分娩新生儿9 547例,肉眼可见体表畸形36例,发生率为37.71/万。全年多指(趾)、并指(趾)、唇(腭)裂、肛门闭锁、小耳、外耳畸形、尿道下裂占前5位。2016年先天畸形儿的剖宫产率为30.56%。结论应加强先天畸形监测工作,特别是产前诊断,做好先天畸形的三级预防工作。

Objective To analyze the data of neonatal congenital malformations in the first year of the comprehensive twochild policy and grasp the dynamics and regularity of birth defects in this region, so as to provide basis for early intervention and reduction of congenital malformations. Methods Data of congenital malformations visible to the naked eye after birth were analyzed. Results In 2016, 9 547 neonates were delivered. Thirty-six cases of surface deformities were visible to the naked eye, and the incidence was 37.71/10 000. Over the year, polydactyly(toes), syndactyly(toes), cleft lip(palate), anal atresia, microtia, external ear deformity and hypospadias accounted for the top five. And the cesarean section rate of congenital deformed infants was 30.56% in 2016. Conclusion It should strengthen the monitoring of congenital malformations, especially for prenatal diagnosis, and do a good job in the tertiary prevention of congenital malformations.
