术前中医情志护理对青光眼手术患者心理应激水平的影响

Effect of preoperative emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on level of psychological stress in patients undergoing glaucoma surgery

目的探讨术前中医情志护理对青光眼手术患者心理应激水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年4月至2018年4月收治的青光眼手术患者108例,根据随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医情志护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果、护理前、后抑郁、焦虑情况、心境状态。结果观察组患者视力提高一行的占比为74.07%,高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分、BPOMS各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的紧张、抑郁、活力、疲劳、困惑、生气评分及总分均低于护理前,且观察组紧张、抑郁、活力、困惑、生气评分及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼手术患者在术前进行中医情志护理,能减轻其心理应激反应,缓解负面情绪,且有利于促进视力恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on level of psychological stress in patients undergoing glaucoma surgery. Methods A total of 108 cases of patients undergoing glaucoma surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group. The treatment effect, depression, anxiety and mood state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The percentage of visual acuity improved in one line in the observation group was 74.07%, which was higher than 55.56% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores, BPOMS scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of tension, depression, vitality, fatigue,confusion, anger and total scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of tension,depression, vitality, confusion, anger and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with glaucoma surgery can alleviate their psychological stress response, alleviate negative emotions and promote visual recovery.
