基于时间管理的酸刺激康复训练在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的应用价值

Application value of acid stimulation rehabilitation training based on time management in dysphagia after stroke

目的基于时间管理的酸刺激康复训练在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的应用价值。方法将我院80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者抽签随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予基于时间管理的酸刺激康复训练。比较两组干预前、后的吞咽功能及营养状况。结果干预后,两组RSST、洼田饮水试验及Burke评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均显著升高,且观察组的血清TP、ALB、PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于时间管理的酸刺激康复训练可改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,并改善其营养状况,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To study the application value of acid stimulation rehabilitation training based on time management in dysphagia after stroke. Methods Eighty stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by draw lots, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given acid stimulation rehabilitation training based on time management on this basis. The swallowing function and nutritional status before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of RSST, water swallow test and Burke in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention,the levels of total serum protein(TP), albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA), hemoglobin(Hb) in the observation group significantly increased, and the levels of TP, ALB and PA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The acid stimulation rehabilitation training based on time management can improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia after stroke, with high clinical value.
