早期抚触支持护理对新生儿母乳喂养及生理性黄疸的影响

Effects of early touching support nursing on breastfeeding and physiological jaundice of neonates

目的探讨早期抚触支持护理对新生儿母乳喂养及生理性黄疸的影响。方法将我院剖宫产或自然分娩的足月新生儿122例随机分为试验组和对照组,各61例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采用早期抚触支持护理。观察两组的护理效果。结果试验组的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,纯母乳喂养时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组出生后1～7 d的排便频率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组胎便排出时间和总胆红素水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期抚触支持护理能够改善新生儿母乳喂养率及喂养时间,且其防治新生儿黄疸效果明显。

Objective To explore the effects of early touching support nursing on breastfeeding and physiological jaundice of neonates. Methods A total of 122 full-term neonates delivered by cesarean section or spontaneous delivery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given early touching support nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of two groups were observed. Results The rate of pure breastfeeding in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the time of pure breastfeeding was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05).The defecation frequency of 1-7 days after birth in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fetal excretion time and level of total bilirubin in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early touching support nursing can improve the breastfeeding rate and feeding time of neonates, and it has obvious effects on prevention and treatment for neonatal jaundice.
