西部地区省属医学院校专业学位研究生培养现状调查

Investigation on the current situation of professional degree postgraduate training in provincial medical colleges in the western region

目的探讨目前专业学位研究生培养存在的问题,并提出相应意见,以获得更好的临床培养方式。方法采用问卷调查法在西部地区四所医学院校抽取280名在校专业学位研究生,对其临床培养情况进行调查。结果调查结果表明,58.6%的同学希望增加理论培训课程及时间,71.1%的同学认为本轮转时间太少,希望增加轮转时间,67.1%的同学认为科研时间太少,40.7%的同学对目前国家待遇政策不了解。结论现行的专业学位研究培养方案在西部地区尚需进一步改进,尤其是在科研培养、制定合理临床轮转计划、提高培训质量等方面需更加细化和进一步完善。

Objective To explore the existing problems of professional degree postgraduate training, and to put forward corresponding suggestions to obtain better clinical training methods. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among280 postgraduates with professional degrees from four medical colleges in the western region to investigate their clinical training situation. Results The survey results showed that 58.6% of the students hoped to increase the theoretical training courses and time, 71.1% of the students thought that the rotation time was too little and hoped to increase the rotation time,67.1% of the students thought that the research time was too little, 40.7% of the students did not understand the current national treatment policy. Conclusion The current professional degree research and train program needs further improvement in the western region, especially in scientific research and training, formulating reasonable clinical rotation plan, improving the quality of training and other aspects needs to be more refined and further improved.
