护理能力本位理念下开展案例教学对心内科护理带教质量的影响 被引量:7

Influence of case based teaching under the concept of nursing competence-based on the qualityof nursing teaching in cardiology department

摘要 目的探究护理能力本位理念下开展案例教学(CBT)对心内科护理带教质量的影响。方法将在本院学习的28名心内科临床实习医学生随机分为对照组(传统教学模式)和试验组(护理能力本位理念下开展CBT),每组14名。比较两组学生对老师的教学满意度、综合考试成绩、实际护理操作评分及学生的满意度评分。结果带教后,两组各项综合考试成绩和总分明显高于带教前(P<0.05);带教后,试验组总分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对老师的教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);带教后,两组各项实际护理操作评分及总分均高于带教前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实际护理操作总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教后,两组的各项满意度及总体满意度评分均高于带教前(P<0.05);带教后,试验组总体满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心内科实习医学生在护理能力本位理念下开展CBT,可明显提升学生对老师的教学满意度,同时可提高医学生的综合考试成绩、实际护理操作评分,提升学生的满意度评分,值得临床应用。 Objective To explore the influence of case based teaching(CBT) under the concept of nursing competencebased on the quality of nursing teaching in cardiology department. Methods Twenty-eight clinical practice medical students who were enrolled in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(traditional teaching model) and experimental group(CBT under the concept of nursing competence-based), with 14 cases of each group. The two groups of students’ satisfaction with teachers’ teaching, comprehensive examination results, practical nursing operation scores and students’ satisfaction scores were compared. Results After teaching, the each comprehensive test score and total score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before teaching(P <0.05). After teaching, the total score of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The students’ satisfaction with teachers’ teaching of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After teaching, the actual nursing operation scores and total score of the two groups were higher than those before teaching(P<0.05). The total actual nursing operation score of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After teaching, the students’ satisfaction scores and overall satisfaction of the two groups were higher than those before teaching(P <0.05). After teaching, the total students’ satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBT under the concept of nursing competence-based for cardiology medical students can obviously improve the students’ satisfaction with teachers’ teaching, the comprehensive test scores of medical students, the actual nursing operation scores and the students’ satisfaction score. It is worthy of clinical application.
