摘要
葡萄籽是葡萄酒工业的附属产物,资源丰富较易获取。通过论述其中葡萄籽油、原花青素、单宁、白藜芦醇和葡萄籽蛋白质的作用,对葡萄籽的综合利用提出设想,提取其主要成分后应用于多种行业,以期促进葡萄籽资源的充分利用。
Grape seed is an accessory product of the wine industry,and is rich in resources and easy to obtain.Buy discussing the effects of grape seed oil,proanthocyanidins,tannins,resveratrol and grape seed protein,the comprehensive utilization of grape seed were envisaged.The main components were extracted layer by layer and applied to various industries in order to promote the full utilization of grape seed resources.
