三会教学在“食品机械与设备”课堂教学中的应用——以宿州学院为例

Application of Sanhui Teaching in the Classroom Teaching of Food Machinery and Equipment:A Case Study of Suzhou University

"食品机械与设备"是宿州学院食品科学与工程学专业核心课程之一,结合该课程的特点及其教学现状和存在的问题,提出了利用三会教学的方法提高学生上课的积极性和学习效率。通过三会教学的方法,丰富教学方法与手段,同时引导学生在主动学习中获取知识,以达到提高该课程教学效果和质量的目的。

Food Machinery and Equipment is one of the core courses of food science and engineering major in Suzhou University.Based on the characteristics of the course and its teaching status and existing problems,this paper put forward the method of using three courses to improve students'enthusiasm and learning efficiency in class.Through the teaching methods of the three sessions,the teaching methods and means are enriched.At the same time,the students were guided to obtain knowledge in the active learning and achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect and quality of the course.
