摘要
"食品分析检验技术"课程是食品专业的专业核心课,实践性很强。要实现培养动手能力和解决问题能力较强的优秀毕业生的目标,近几年在理论教学和实验教学上根据教育部关于加强本科教学的文件精神和在学校培养思路的指导下,加强"以学为本""以做为本""以乐学为本"的改革探索,学生的学习兴趣、动手能力和解决问题能力都得到了提高。
Food Analysis and Inspection Technology is one of the core courses of food speciality,and it's stronng practicality.In order to realize the goal of cultivating excellent graduates with strong practical ability and problem-solving ability,in recent years,under the guidance of the document spirit of the ministry of education on strengthening undergraduate teaching and the train of thought of our school,the reform and exploration of“learning-oriented”“doing-oriented”and“enjoying learning-oriented”has been strengthened.Stimulating students'interest,students'practical ability and problem-solving ability have been improved.
