摘要
对"食品质量管理"教学体系进行研究,发现在传统的教学体系中存在教学内容滞后、教学模式单一、缺乏实践性等问题,对此提出相应建议,以期能为"食品质量管理"的教学体系改革提供有参考价值的模式。
Teaching system of Food Quality Management was analyzed in this paper.It was found that under the traditional teaching system the teaching content was not timeliness,teaching mode was single and lack of practicality.Thus,some suggestions were put forward to provide some reference models for reforming the teaching system of Food Quality Management.
