摘要
目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原125(CA125)表达水平与乳腺癌患者术后脑转移的相关性。方法选择我院2014年10月至2017年2月收治的101例乳腺癌患者,根据术后是否发生脑转移将其分为观察组(51例,发生脑转移)和对照组(50例,未发生脑转移)。比较两组血清CEA、CA125水平,并分析其与乳腺癌患者术后脑转移的相关性。结果观察组血清CEA、CA125水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,CEA、CA125系数均为正,OR值均大于1,可知血清CEA及CA125均为监测乳腺癌术后发生远处转移、复发的有效指标。CEA、CA125及二者联合诊断乳腺癌术后脑转移的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.529、0.638、0.619,相比于参考线下面积,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CEA、CA125表达水平与乳腺癌术后发生脑转移可能相关,但对术后脑转移发生的诊断价值不高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between expression levels of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate chain antigen 125(CA125) and brain metastasis in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods A total of 101 breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to February 2017 were divided into observation group(51 cases, with brain metastasis) and control group(50 cases, without brain metastasis). The serum levels of CEA and CA125 were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between CEA and CA125 and brain metastasis after breast cancer surgery were analyzed. Results The levels of serum CEA and CA125 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the coefficients of CEA and CA125 were positive and the OR values were greater than 1, serum CEA and CA125 were effective indicators for monitoring distant metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer after operation. The area under the ROC curve of CEA,CA125 and their combined diagnosis of brain metastasis after breast cancer surgery was 0.529, 0.638 and 0.619 respectively, there were no significant differences compared with the area under the reference line(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of CEA and CA125 may be related to the occurrence of brain metastasis after breast cancer surgery,but the diagnostic value of brain metastasis after operation is not high.
