丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合注射用奥扎格雷及阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果

Effect of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with ozagrel for injection and atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合注射用奥扎格雷及阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选取我院收治的急性脑梗死患者70例,均无溶栓指征或时间窗超出6 h,根据治疗方案不同将患者分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组给予注射用奥扎格雷、阿托伐他汀联合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液进行治疗。对比两组治疗前、后NIHSS、ADL评分及血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均降低,ADL评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血小板聚集率、血浆纤维蛋白原水平及血浆粘度均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液、注射用奥扎格雷、阿托伐他汀联合治疗急性脑梗死,可改善患者的神经功能、日常生活能力及血液流变学指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with ozagrel for injection and atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected, and all patients had no indication of thrombolysis or the time window exceeded 6 hours. The patients were divided into control group(n=35) and observation group(n=35) according to different treatment schemes. The control group was treated with ozagrel for injection and atorvastatin, while the observation group was treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS, ADL scores and hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased, the ADL scores increased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the platelet aggregation rate, levels of plasma fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with ozagrel for injection and atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function, daily living ability and hemorheological indexes of patients.
