氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗功能性消化不良的效果

Effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的研究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法将106例FD患者随机分为观察组(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗)和对照组(枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、胃动力和EGG变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分、NDLQI均降低,NDSI均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组餐前、餐后正常慢波百分比、餐后餐前主功率比均升高,GET1/2均缩短,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗FD可有效改善胃电节律,促进胃动力恢复正常,从而缓解患者症状,提升治疗效果,还能在一定程度上改善患者精神心理状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods A total of 106 FD patients were randomly divided into observation group(flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets treatment) and control group(mosapride citrate dispersible tablets treatment). Clinical efficacy, gastric motility and EGG changes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms and NDLQI in both groups decreased, while NDSI increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the percentage of normal slow wave before and after meals and the ratio of main power after meal and before meal in both groups increased,while GET1/2 decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Flupenthixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of FD can not only effectively improve gastric electrical rhythm, promote the recovery of gastric motility to normal, thus alleviating symptoms of patients, improve treatment effect, but also to some extent improve the mental state of patients and improve their quality of life.
