腹腔镜下肝破裂修补术的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic repair of liver rupture

目的探究腹腔镜下肝破裂修补术的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2018年1月于我院进行治疗的78例肝破裂患者为研究对象,按照患者及其家属意愿将其分为试验组与对照组,各39例。对照组实施常规开腹手术,试验组在腹腔镜条件下行肝破裂修复术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下肝破裂修补术疗效确切,手术时间较短,术中失血量少,患者术后恢复快且并发症发生率较低,但应根据患者实际情况决定是否应该实施腹腔镜术。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair of liver rupture. Methods Seventy-eigh t patients with liver rupture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the wishes of patients and families, with 39 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine laparotomy and the experimental group underwent laparoscopic repair of liver rupture. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of liver rupture has definite curative effect, shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, faster postoperative recovery and lower incidence of complications. However, laparoscopic repair should be performed according to the actual situation of patients.
