壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜辅助治疗持续性宫颈炎的效果及对患者临床症状、体征的影响

Effect of chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in the adjuvant treatment of persistent cervicitis and its impact on clinical symptoms and signs of patients

目的探讨壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜辅助治疗持续性宫颈炎的效果及对临床症状、体征变化的影响。方法将我院妇科100例持续性宫颈炎患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组(n=50)和辅助组(n=50)。常规组采取多西环素治疗,辅助组采取壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜辅助多西环素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果辅助组治疗总有效率、阴道清洁度、宫颈糜烂度明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1周,两组患者CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低、且输助组明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。辅助组患者不良反应总发生率与常规组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论持续性宫颈炎实施壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜辅助治疗可提升治疗效果,改善患者阴道清洁度及宫颈糜烂状况,还可减少炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in the adjuvant treatment of persistent cervicitis and its impact on clinical symptoms and signs of patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of persistent cervicitis in gynecology department of our hospital were divided into routine group(n=50) and auxiliary group(n=50) by random number table method. The routine group was treated with doxycycline and the auxiliary group was treated with chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane adjuvant doxycycline treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment, vaginal cleanliness and cervical erosion status in the auxiliary group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05). One week after treatment, the levels of CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups decreased, and those in the auxiliary group were significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the auxiliary group was not significantly different from that in the routine group(P>0.05). Conclusion Chitosan cervical antimicrobial membrane adjuvant treatment for persistent cervicitis can improve the therapeutic effect, improve vaginal cleanliness and cervical erosion, and reduce inflammatory reaction.
