鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频术治疗儿童鼾症的临床效果 被引量:4

Clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscope in the treatment of snoring in children

摘要 目的探究不同手术方法治疗儿童鼾症的效果。方法选取我院收治的80例鼾症患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用腺样体刮除术联合扁桃体剥离术治疗,观察组采用鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、腺样体残留率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间及症状缓解时间;比较两组术前、术后6个月呼吸暂停通气指数(AHI)、最低动脉血氧饱和度(LSaO2)和嗜睡量表(ESS)评分。结果两组临床治疗总有效率及腺样体残留率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的手术时间、术后疼痛时间和症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组患儿LSaO2水平明显升高,AHI水平及ESS评分均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频术治疗儿童鼾症能够有效改善患儿手术后手术相关指标水平,提高患儿的睡眠质量,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To explore the effects of different surgical methods on children snoring. Methods Eighty children with snoring admitted in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with adenoidectomy combined with tonsillectomy, while the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscope.The clinical treatment effects, adenoid residual rate, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain time and symptoms relief time were compared between the two groups. The apnea hypopnea index(AHI), lowest saturation arterial oxygen(LSaO2) and epworth sleepiness scale(ESS) scores before operation and at 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the clinical total effective rate of treatment and adenoid residual rate between the two groups(P >0.05). The operation time, postoperative pain time and symptoms relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05). At 6 months after operation,the LSaO2 levels of the two groups increased significantly, the AHI levels and ESS scores decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscope on snoring in children can effectively improve the levels of surgical indicators of children, and improve the sleep quality of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
