西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗50例变应性鼻炎患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of 50 patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探究西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎患者的效果。方法选取我院变应性鼻炎患者100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗,观察组给予西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前、后症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞及耳、眼、鼻症状评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎,可显著改善患者临床症状,疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray, and the observation group was given cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray. The curative effects, symptom scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05);after treatment, the scores of sneezing, nasal itching, nasal obstruction, ear, eye and nose symptoms of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, with definite efficacy and high safety.
