化痰通腑汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of Huatan Tongfu decoction combined with conventional western medicine on acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨化痰通腑汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的96例急性脑梗死的患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组(48例,常规西药治疗)与观察组(48例,常规西药+化痰通腑汤治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的全血粘度高切、全血粘度低切、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS、BI评分及中医证候积分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通腑汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,可以改善患者的血液高凝状态,减轻患者的中医症状及炎症反应,提高患者的神经功能及日常生活能力,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huatan Tongfu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(48 cases,conventional western medicine treatment) and observation group(48 cases, conventional western medicine+Huatan Tongfu decoction treatment) according to different treatment methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05);after treatment, the high shear rate, low shear rate of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation indexes, levels of fibrinogen, CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of NIHSS, BI and TCM symptoms improved in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Huatan Tongfu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a remarkable curative effect. It can improve the patients’ blood hypercoagulability, reduce the patients’ TCM symptoms and the inflammatory reaction, improve the patients’ neurological function and daily life ability, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
