五参散治疗女性寻常性痤疮的效果

Effect of Wushen powder on female acne vulgaris

目的探讨五参散治疗女性寻常性痤疮(AV)的效果。方法将2016年1月至2018年1月我院门诊治疗的女性AV患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。两组均予以常规治疗,观察组加用五参散。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组愈显率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组QOL-Acne各项评分高于对照组,而6个月复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五参散治疗女性AV疗效肯定,可有效改善患者的生活质量,减少疾病复发,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wushen powder on female acne vulgaris. Methods Eighty-six female AV patients admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Wushen powder on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative rate and total effective rate of treantment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P<0.05).After treatment, the QOL-Acne scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate at 6 months was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wushen powder is effective in the treatment of female AV. It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the recurrence of disease, and has good safety.
