优质护理对胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜保胆取石术后生活质量的影响

Effect of high quality nursing on quality of life of patients with cholecystolithiasis after laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy

目的探讨优质护理对胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜保胆取石术后生活质量的影响。方法将2015年9月至2016年9月在我院行腹腔镜保胆取石术的180例胆囊结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果术后,两组患者的自觉症状、生理功能状态、日常社会活动状态及心理情绪状态评分均显著升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、肠蠕动恢复时间均明显短于对照组,使用镇痛药例数明显少于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效提高腹腔镜保胆取石术后患者的生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复,并提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on quality of life of patients with cholecystolithiasis after laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016, 180 patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After operation, the scores of rational symptom, physiological function status, daily social activity and psychological and emotional state in the two groups significantly increased, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time and recovery time of intestinal peristalsis in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the number of cases of using analgesics was significantly less than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after laparoscopic cholelithotripsy,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote early recovery of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
