康复路径对腰椎间盘突出症微创术后康复训练实施及康复效果的影响

Influence of rehabilitation pathway on rehabilitation training and rehabilitation effect after minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation

目的研究康复路径对腰椎间盘突出症微创术后康复训练实施及康复效果的影响。方法选取在我院行腰椎间盘突出症微创术的患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受术后常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上接受康复路径指导的康复训练。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的HAMD、VAS、ODI评分均显著降低,JOA评分及各项生活质量评分均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于行腰椎间盘突出症微创手术的患者,术后实施康复路径指导下的康复训练效果更佳,能明显改善患者的术后疼痛、腰椎功能及生活质量。

Objective To study the influence of rehabilitation pathway on rehabilitation training and rehabilitation effect after minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training after operation, while the observation group received rehabilitation training guided by rehabilitation pathway. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of HAMD, VAS and ODI in the two groups significantly decreased, JOA scores and quality of life scores significantly increased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery, rehabilitation training guided by rehabilitation pathway after operation has better effect, and which can significantly improve the pain, lumbar function and quality of life of patients after operation.
