摘要
热休克转录因子1(HSF1)在机体的正常发育中极其重要,其表达量的异常与恶性肿瘤的发生及恶性程度有关。研究发现,HSF1可通过激活热休克蛋白(HSPs)的转录调控肝细胞癌的发生和转移。同时,HSF1对肝癌在代谢、增殖方面也发挥着重要作用。本研究探讨HSF1在肝癌中调控HSPs表达、增殖、葡萄糖代谢及自噬方面的研究进展。
Heat shock transcription factor 1(HSF1) is very important in the normal development of the body, and its abnormal expression is related to the occurrence of malignant tumor and the degree of malignancy. It has been found that HSF1 can regulate the occurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by activating heat shock protein(HSPs)transcription. At the same time, HSF1 also plays an important role in metabolism and proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the regulation of HSPs expression, proliferation, glucose metabolism and autophagy by HSF1 in hepatocellular carcinoma.
