发出新时代中国历史工作者的强音——学习习总书记致中国历史研究院成立贺信精神的体会

Make Strong Voice of Chinese Historical Scholars in the New Era——Learning General Secretary Xi Jinping' Congratulatory Letter to the Establishment of Chinese Historical Research Institute

2019年1月3日,中国社会科学院中国历史研究院正式在北京成立,这是中国社会科学界的一件大事,是中国历史学界的一件盛事。习近平总书记为此专门发来了贺信,向全国广大历史研究工作者致以诚挚的问候。在贺信中,习总书记高屋建瓴,高度肯定了5000多年来中国重视历史、研究历史、借鉴历史的优良传统,重申“历史是一面镜子”,“历史研究是一切社会科学的基础”,明确指出“当代中国是历史中国的延续和发展”,在新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,更加需要系统研究中国历史和文化,更加需要深刻把握人类发展的历史规律。

In the new era,Chinese people of all ethnicities in the border areas have needs for a better life,which can be satisfied only through a stability and development.Besides the external material foundation and institutional guarantees,the stability and development of the border areas require the concerted efforts of people of all ethnicities,which is inseparable from the deep support of the sense of community.Sense of community is an important manifestation of the emotional bonds among people of all ethnicities.Therefore,from the perspective of emotional politics,in the border areas,to create a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,we should focus on public influence of emotions,avoid emotional thinning and emotional intensification,exert the constructive value of emotions,and contribute spiritual force for present and future borderland stability and development.
