人才培养与学科建设:近代中国国立大学设置边政学系的考察——从吴文藻《边政学发凡》说起

Cultivating Individuals with Specialty and Subject Construction:An Inspect of the Setting of Department of Frontier Politics Studies by National Universities in Modern China

吴文藻《边政学发凡》关于边政学科目设置时间的记述不尽准确。1944年夏国民政府教育部令国立中央大学和国立西北大学设置边政学系,是落实汪懋祖和郭莲峰在第四届边疆教育委员会会议所提"积极培养边政人才案"的结果,目的是培植边政人才。南京国民政府成立后,为培植边政人才而在各级学校开设的边政学科目,一定程度上则为边政学在两校的设置奠定了基础。就边政学这一个案而言,是培养人才的现实需要,促进了学科的诞生。

Wu Wenzao's narrative on the time of the subject of frontier politics studies being set up in his book Introduction to Frontier Politics Studies is not precise. The National Government set up department of frontier politics studies in National Central University and National Northwestern University was the result of implementation of the proposal for cultivating frontier political individuals that was put forward by Wang Maozu and Guo Lianfeng in the fourth session of the frontier education committee meeting. After the establishment of Nanjing National Government, the frontier politics studies subject was set up at schools of all levels laid the foundation for the setting up of the frontier politics studies in National Central University and National Northwestern University. In case of the frontier politics studies, cultivating individuals of practical need promotes the birth of the subject.
