摘要
目的探讨药用陈皮与食用陈皮的异同。方法对药用陈皮和食用陈皮的检验标准进行分析比较。结果两者在来源原植物、采收加工时间、加工方式、含量标准等方面均存在着较大差异。结论药用陈皮和食用陈皮标准存在较大差异,需分清差异,保证使用安全。同时两者标准中各有各的特点和优点,值得相互学习借鉴,互相完善。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the similarities and differences between the medicinal and the edible pericarpium citri reticulate. METHODS Comparing and analyzing the national pharmacy standard and the food inspection standard of pericarpium citri reticulate. RESULTS There are great differences between them in original plants,harvest time,processing methods and content standard. CONCLUSION It is necessary to distinguish the differences to ensure the safety of their use.Each standard has its own advantages.It is worth learning and improving from each other.
