疤痘霜中芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯的含量测定

Determination of Linalool and Linalyl Acetate in Acne Cream

目的建立测定疤痘霜中芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,以环己酮为内标物,采用HP-5GC柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm);柱温70℃,保持恒温16min,然后以2℃/min的速率线性升温至180℃;检测器为FID,200℃。结果芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯的质量浓度线性范围分别是65.61μg·mL^(-1)～1640μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9991)和52.2μg·mL^(-1)～1305μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9990),两者均呈具有良好的线性关线,平均回收率分别为84.58%和84.72%,RSD分别为1.53%和1.52%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于疤痘霜中芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE Establish the way for determination of linalool and linalyl acetate in Acne Cream.METHODS The capillary gas chromatography system consisted of a HP-5 GC capillary column(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)and cyclohexanone was used as an internal standard.The column temperature was 70℃and kept 16min,heat up to 180℃by linear rate of 2℃/min subsequently.The detector was FID and its temperature was 200℃.RESULTS The linear ranges of mass concentration of linalool and linalyl acetate were 65.61μg·mL-1~1640μg·mL-1(r=0.9991)and 52.2μg·mL-1~1305μg·mL-1(r=0.9990).Both of them had good linear correlation.The average recovery rates of linalool and linalyl acetate were 84.58%(RSD=1.53%,n=6)and 84.72%(RSD=1.52%,n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,convenient,accuracy and good reproducibility.It can be used as determination of linalool and linalyl acetate in Acne Cream.
