椎间盘丸联合芪仲腰舒丸、加味益气丸治疗肝肾亏虚型腰痛病的用药规律研究

Studies on the Medication Law of the Treatment of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type of Lumbago with ZhuiJianPan Pills Combined with QiZhong YaoShu Pills and JiaWei YiQi Pills

目的以我院院内制剂椎间盘丸、芪仲腰舒丸及加味益气丸治疗肝肾亏虚型腰痛病的临床用药规律为抓手,探讨其用药规律。方法将2017年1月至2017年12月我院颈肩腰腿痛四科诊断为肝肾亏虚型腰痛病患者100例随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例,研究组前两周使用椎间盘丸口服治疗,第三、四周服用芪仲腰舒丸及加味益气丸;对照组前两周使用椎间盘丸口服治疗,第三、四周服用椎间盘丸及加味益气丸。两组分别在治疗结束后使用"腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表"对患者进行疗效评定。结果研究组与对照组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),得出我院内部制剂椎间盘丸、芪仲腰舒丸、加味益气丸疗肝肾亏虚型腰痛病的用药规律。结论肝肾亏虚腰痛病的治疗前期,采用椎间盘丸可较快缓解症状,而治疗后期,则应选择芪仲腰舒丸配伍加味益气丸联合治疗。为治疗肝肾亏虚型腰痛病的方药筛选与临床合理应用提供证据支持。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the medication law of ZhuiJianPan pills,QiZhong YaoShu pills and JiaWei YiQi pills according to their Clinical medication rules of the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbago. METHODS From January 2017 to December 2017,100 cases of lumbago patients with live and kidney deficiency diagnosed in the Forth Department of Neck and back pain of our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The study group used the oral treatment with ZhuiJianPan pills in the first two weeks ande it took QiZhong YaoShu Pills and JiaWei YiQi pills in the third and fourth take;The control group used the oral treatment with ZhuiJianPan pills in the first two weeks and took ZhuiJianPan pills with JiaWei YiQi pills in the third and fourth take.The two groups were used in the treatment of “lumbar disease treatment score” to evaluate the efficacy of the patients. RESULTS The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant ( P <0.05),so we have summarized the medication law of ZhuiJianPan pills,QiZhong YaoShu pills,and JiaWei YiQi pills according to their Clinical medication rules of the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbago. CONCLUSION In the early treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbago,we can use ZhuiJianPan pills to relieve symptoms faster,but in the late treatment,we should choose combination therapy with QiZhong YaoShu pills and JiaWei YiQi pills.This article have provided the support for the drug screening and clinical application of the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbago.
