Initial Heart and Mission: Summaries of Summit Meeting on Review and Prospect of Private Education in China

中国民办教育回顾与展望峰会与会领导、专家就中国民办教育的初心、挑战、使命发表了自己的见解,认为中国民办教育的初心在于弘扬“民办教育家精神”、推动教育事业发展、深化教育体制改革,改善民生,促进经济、社会发展等方面;中国民办教育的主要挑战在于如何处理民办教育与公办教育的关系等方面;中国民办教育的使命在于深入学习贯彻全国教育大会精神,落实立德树人根本任务,促进民办教育的可持续发展,为建设教育强国和中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量。

On Summit meeting on Review and Prospect of Private Education in China,leaders and experts at the meeting expressed their views on the Initial Heart, challenges and mission of private education in China. They believe that the primary purpose of private education in China is to carry forward the spirit of private educators, promote the development of education, to deepen the reform of educational system, improve people’s livelihood, and promote economic and social development;the main challenge of private education in China lies in how to deal with the relationship between private education and public education and the mission of private education in China is to study and implement the spirit of the National Education Congress, to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, to promote the sustainable development of private education, and to contribute to the construction of a strong educational country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
