On Solution to the Financing Difficulty of Entrepreneurship in Cities

解决城归创业融资难是振兴乡村的重大发展策略,一方面解决城归创业融资难是产业振兴的必由之路;解决城归创业融资难是文化振兴的有力支撑。当前,城归创业融资难问题有一些有利的市场环境,同时也存在一些现实困惑。基于此,提出破解城归创业融资难的路径选择:第一,地方政府既要锦上添花又要雪中送碳;第二,银行机构既要广贷又要厚收;第三,企业主既要强身健体又要广开财源。具体而言,要实现促进城归创业融资振兴乡村要从银行、企业主、政府等多方面入手。

Resolving the difficulty of entrepreneurship financing in urban areas is an important development strategy for revitalizing the countryside. On the one hand, it is the only way for industrial revitalization to solve the difficulty of entrepreneurship financing in urban areas;on the other hand, there is strong support for cultural revitalization to solve the difficulty of entrepreneurship financing in urban areas. At present, there are some favorable market environments for the difficulty of venture financing in cities, but there are also some practical puzzles. Based on this, this paper puts forward the ways to solve the difficulties of entrepreneurship financing: firstly, local governments should not only add flowers to the cake, but also provide coal in the snow;secondly, banking institutions should not only lend extensively, but also collect generously;thirdly, entrepreneurs should not only strengthen their health, but also broaden their financial resources. Specifically, in order to realize the promotion of urban return venture financing and the revitalization of rural areas, we should start from banks, entrepreneurs, the government and other aspects.
