疏肝散结方联合甲巯咪唑治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲亢的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shugan Sanjie Recipe Combined with Methimazole in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis with Hyperthyroidism

目的分析桥本甲状腺炎伴甲亢采用疏肝散结方联合甲巯咪唑治疗的临床疗效。方法 2018年1—7月,于聊城市中医院内分泌病房收治的桥本甲状腺炎伴甲亢患者中选取60例,随机分为两组,对照组患者单独采用甲巯咪唑进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏肝散结方治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)等甲状腺功能指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.362 5,P=0.002 5)。结论桥本甲状腺炎伴甲亢采用疏肝散结方联合甲巯咪唑治疗的临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shugan Sanjie Recipe combined with methimazole in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hyperthyroidism. Methods From January to July 2018, 60 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hyperthyroidism admitted to the endocrine ward of Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with methimazole alone. The observation group was treated with Shugan Sanjie Recipe on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum thyrotropin(TSH), serum free thyroxine(FT4), serum free triiodothyronine(FT3) changes in thyroid function indicators, etc.were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%). There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=9.362 5,P =0.0025). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hyperthyroidism treated with Shugan Sanjie Recipe combined with methimazole is significant.
