传染性单核细胞增多症患儿异型淋巴细胞与血清ADA的相关分析

Correlation Analysis between Atypical Lymphocytes and Serum ADA in Children with Infectious Mononucleosis

目的通过测定传染性单核细胞增多症患儿异型淋巴细胞与血清ADA的水平,分析两者的相关性。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年7月44例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿视作观察组,另外选取40名健康小儿作为对照组,均接受异型淋巴细胞与血清ADA水平测定,分析结果。结果观察组的血清ADA阳性率81.82%,其水平为(27.33±11.25)U/L,高于对照组(15.84±6.11)U/L(t=5.73,P=0.00);观察组异形淋巴细胞阳性率88.64%,水平为(18.52±7.95)%,高于对照组(1.72±0.88)%(t=13.29,P=0.00);异型淋巴细胞阳性患儿的血清ADA水平明显高于非阳性患儿(P<0.05)。结论传染性单核细胞增多症患儿异型淋巴细胞比重越高,血清ADA水平也会越高,通过测定两者水平有助于临床诊断。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of atypical lymphocytes and serum ADA in children with infectious mononucleosis. Methods 44 children with infectious mononucleosis from January 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital as observation group, and 40 healthy children as control group. All patients received atypical lymphocytes and serum ADA levels, analysis of the results. Results The positive rate of serum ADA in the observation group was81.82%, and the level was(27.33±11.25)U/L, which was higher than that of the control group(15.84±6.11)U/L(t=5.73,P=0.00). The positive rate of lymphocytes was 88.64%, the level was(18.52±7.95)%, which was higher than that of the control group(1.72±0.88)%(t=13.29, P=0.00). The serum ADA level of children with positive lymphoblastic lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of non-positive children(P<0.05). Conclusion The higher the proportion of atypical lymphocytes in children with infectious mononucleosis, the higher the serum ADA level. The determination of the two levels is helpful for clinical diagnosis.
